A few months ago it was reported that Combat Zone Wrestling had actually signed a PPV contract with InDemand to produce a couple of PPV's year sort of like the deal ROH has. The companies debut on PPV was suppose to have happened on October 11, but that show was changed and instead made into an IPPV. Now before you think that the deal is off an CZW wont be on PPV think again as they still signed the deal with Steve Karel's Stonecutter Media to produce two live PPV's for InDemand.
The reason for the change is because they didn't want to jump into the PPV market without the proper advertising and build for the show to maximize eyes on the company. Many people then assumed the debut would be pushed back to December for Cage of Death which is CZW's biggest and most important PPV of the year, but it was not to be. The reason for this is ROH has Final Battle set for the same weekend as Cage of Death and many within the company feel that would put a hurting on the amount of advertising support they can get for the show.
At this point which is the best thing to do in my opinion it seems as though the company maybe holding off their PPV debut until 2016 which may in end be what's best for the company in the long run. Making a mistake like running a PPV too soon could cost the company very much so waiting is the right way to go with this.
