Last Friday night the wrestling world sustained a terrible loss as another legend left us far to young. We lost another great man and another one of my idols Roddy "Rowdy" Piper passed away at the age at 61. In all honesty I can't put into words what Roddy Piper meant to me and this profession overall. The impact that he had on this industry and the fans of this business will be felt for decades to come, because Roddy was a natural heel and had so much talent.
It's always hard to say goodbye to people you grew up watching and became your favorites. But it is even harder to say goodbye to someone who wasn't just one of your favorites, but also one of you idols in the business. Roddy's memory will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone who he had an impact on in his life. Thank you Roddy for having an impact on my life and Thank you for being the man that you were and being most of all Thank for you being Roddy "Rowdy" Piper, because you were One of a Kind!!!
Earlier tonight I found out that Maryland Championship Wrestling had released footage of the Final Edition of Piper's Pit. I am done talking it's time for you to watch history. The Final Piper's Pit!!
God Bless "Rowdy" Roddy Piper
