Over the last few years the WWE has come to the realization that training people from scratch isn't the easiest thing in the world and most of the time doesn't work out the way you thought it would. So instead why not sign people who not only have already been trained, but have already gotten "over" in the companies they work for which means they already have developed some what of a following and will get better reaction when they debut for them in NXT. Smart right? the company has finally began to do something should have and could been doing for years, but instead chose to spend years not caring or taking good care of the developmental territories that was until they brought it all in house.
Now the next set of talents on WWE's radar are two former champions and talents that were a part of the most recent set of WWE tryouts. The wrestlers names are Rich Swann & former CZW World Champion Biff Busick. It has been said that they impressed WWE officials enough to be at the top of their radar of talent they want to sign. If these suspected contract talks expand and continue to get more serious then I will take the next step and dig deeper into how the signing of these men would help NXT, but until that point.
