NWA Old School: The Territory Series

Back in the day almost nine years ago when I first started writing I use to do a series called "History of" where I would look at different promotions and tell the story of their history. Much like other series I've done though their came a time when it had to end, but that didn't mean it couldn't return. As any one who has been to this site before knows I love the history of wrestling and a lot about it that I chose to share any chance I get. It is for that reason that I've decided get this series going again but with a twist this time around. 

Instead of focusing on just any companies I will be focusing on the territory system and companies that had a part in the territory era of wrestling. For anyone who has seen the series I've done with Billy Garcia it will be similar to that but more focused on the history and not so much on the talent. Admittedly it is worth noting that this series is also decided to make sure I can post consistent content on this section to keep the section active and going. Overall to give an idea of the period I will be focusing on for the most part it will be between the 1960's and 1990's as I believe that to be the main peak of the territory system.
