For a little over a year now it has been rumored that the least talented diva in the WWE has the apparent widest potential on the roster. Why well only reason I can think of is that much like certain divas of the past, and some still on the current roster I would wager to guess that certain members of the creative team find those attractive and that is the only reason why they are in the position they are in or even have a job. The wild fire has been spreading more so now then in past especially after Eva trained with former WWE superstar Brian Kendrick in California.
I have seen Eva on TV and I saw her live on Saturday night in Brooklyn and I must say I don't know what WWE sees in her. From what I have seen she is not talented, has no in-ring skill, and damages the reputation of what it means to be an NXT diva. The last thing that not only the NXT Women's Division needs is a joke of a wrestler taking up a spot that someone with actual talent could use instead of the no talent insult to NXT that has the spot. Everyone keeps saying Eva is going to replace the Bella's is that suppose to be a good thing, because in my book the Bella's are the ones who are keeping the division from changing for the better on the Main Roster. Eva belongs in the same place as Summer Rae, Rosa, Lana, and Layla later in her career and that is at ringside, and not because she is someone I want to see on my TV it's because she isn't cut out for the ring.
The two divas on Tough Enough are leaps and bounds better then Eva Marie and that should tell you just how bad Eva really is. The crowd booed the hell out of her in Brooklyn when she worked the TV taping, her match with Carmella was horrible and it wasn't Carmella's fault. The idea of a chosen one clogging up the WWE's future direction will hold the WWE back until the figure out that they can't pick who will lead the company every time sometimes it needs to be organic. For anyone to tell me that Eva even deserves to be featured in prominent role on NXT within a year of her debut is delusional, in my book she isn't even ready for the live shows and should still be training in the performance center.
Every women that has come through NXT has worked the F**** ass off to change the perception of what a Women means in the WWE. Giving Eva the spotlight even in NXT will set all that hard work back to the beginning and with all things consider and how the women are booked on the main roster maybe spitting on all the hard work those women did to build the division is the right thing to do. Because, letting Eva be champion is insult to the women's division, because for once saying "You Can't Wrestle" is actually the truth.
