Though many may call it a bad thing that TNA is just signing former WWE developmental talent think of like this TNA may have seen something in the person talent wise that WWE didn't and thereby giving talent another shot. However, this is just about a former WWE talent in it's about a former TNA talent making spot appearance on NXT last night. Now you might say well if it was just spot appearance that means he isn't coming back that's not always true as WWE has actually signed talent who were well job guys to developmental contracts cause they thought they had potential.
This former TNA that made the spot appearance and likely will not be signed is former X-division member and office employee Jesse Sorensen. Yes!! Jesse at one point actually worked in TNA's office after suffering a severe neck injury that many thought end career while under contract with the company. So it was basically like Corey Graves getting job as color commentator after being forced to retire due to the amount of concussions he has had in his career. In all honesty I was never a fan of Jesse and I don't see him getting signed by WWE because I think he is to much of a project with little upside.
The former WWE employee and former developmental talent that debut on Impact last night was former Straight Edge Society member Serna. Serna was one of CM Punk's followers in the Straight Edge Society back in 2009 - 2010 before Serna was let go from the company in either 2010 or 2011. Not long after she got let go from WWE she suffered a serve back injury and actually retired from the ring so her appearance on TNA is extremely surprising as it means she was able to recover to 100%. Also Serna was actually one of the last talents promoted from FCW which the name of WWE developmental before they switch to NXT.
