For the last few months, rumors have been traveling like wild fire around the wrestling sites about if and when Samoa Joe will be ending up in the WWE. Well it seems as though those possibilities are becoming realer than ever with the fact that Joe was backstage at the most recent NXT tapings for a meeting with Triple H about coming into the company. Currently the projected date for him to start with the company is in June, but things could change depending on how long pre-signing testing lasts.
For those who don't know what the pre-signing testing is well, I don't know exactly what it is, but what I do know is that every talent WWE signs has to go through the testing before they sign and before WWE is willing to invest in them. As they don't want to invest in someone with any pre-existing injuries and that is how WWE finds out about them.
So for what it is worth it seems pretty likely that Samoa Joe could be signed by WWE over the course of the summer to be specific either June or July. This would actually be the first time WWE signed a "TNA made talent" which is ironic because TNA does that all of the time with "WWE made talent" but the fact still remains Joe would be the first "TNA Homegrown Star" that WWE has ever signed.
