I will be honest that I really have never been the biggest supporter of Women's wrestling and it's ability to be the top draw on the show. Admittedly I guess you could say my opinion of the divas division was the same as Vince's opinion and I can honestly say that NXT and the talent that those have down there has made a believer out of me. I never thought I would ever hear the chatter of divas possibly main eventing a WWE branded event. I know some people forget that NXT is a brand under the WWE banner, but it is and it has limitless potential to change the future of the WWE.
Due to the success of the their most recent matches and the fact that at the last NXT special I heard a "This Awesome" chant for the first being chanted at a Divas Match. Triple H has changed the fans thought process and how they perceive women inside a WWE ring and that is an amazing accomplishment. As of this writing, there is at least talk within the WWE of doing an NXT special where the women go on last in the Main Event position. Of course it would depend on the persona's or gimmicks and the storylines involved however, Triple H & Stephanie are heavily behind the idea of changing the way women are used in the WWE.
If it were to happen this would be the first time in the history of the WWE that they have ever promoted a women's match as the Main Event of an important high profile event. This is honestly something that I never thought I would see coming from the WWE as something they were even talking about. But NXT has done wonders in changing how fans and management view the women's division and their ability to draw money. This just proves that given the chance to develop and the opportunity to get over, you just never who might surprise you. To quote a saying that my favorite announcer coined "Anything Can Happen in the WWE."
