For years people have stated the issues with the Main roster WWE product and never seem to find the answer or change their attitude and I don't blame them. One of those things that some fans have been stated as issues they have with the current WWE product is the lack of psychology on display during in ring matches. Basically what I am talking about has to do with the idea that during a match someone could be selling an injury much like Daniel Bryan was during his WrestleMania match last year, then once the match ends they stop selling the injury. This has also been the case in some matches where wrestlers either ignore or no sell consistent moves to a particular body part. Limb targeting during match means nothing if your opponent doesn't sell the hurt limb after consistent moves are done to it. The idea of targeting a particular body part during a match and using the "injury" to help you win is absolutely a lost art in the business and one that was very prominent back in the day.
However, it isn't totally lost as often enough, it can be seen in NXT from time to time where talent actually sell previous "injuries" during the match much like Finn Balor did on this episode of NXT in his match against Kevin Owens.
