Recently, I began a series on YouTube were I search the web for a quote someone said and include it in a video and then pose the question what does it mean to you. It's meant to be a simple series with more of a focus placed on your opinion rather then mine like every other series on the channel has been to this point. Once I decided to change the name of the channel and break it off a little bit I knew that some new content had to come to the channel. I wasn't expecting to do a series like this, but after seeing these headlines I thought it would make for an interesting video for you. Right now I will begin to branch off this series to other sports as well including MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, UFC, and others. I will also still be focusing some attention on the initial series which focused on quotes that people have said. I know that this could do better with a different title, but I prefer uniformity over click bait titles and this was more of a test run then a full launch for a new series.

For the last five years I've had this site and have been developing this site from the ground up. The website has always been the main focus of my attention and YouTube has just existed in the background. YouTube has never really been given any sort of attention or the spotlight at all, because writing has always been my main focus. How I view YouTube hasn't changed over the years I still view it the same as I did when I first started, because it isn't about the views especially if you aren't enjoying what you are doing. This is the reason that enjoying what you are doing and the content you are creating matters more then the views you get on the content, because people can see or hear that you are enjoying what you are doing and not forcing it. Views will come eventually, but helping get the word out will help the views come a little quicker. Promotion or social media push will help expand views, but that is something that I haven't done at all in the last five years. Now I'm giving YouTube the chance to stand on it's own and try to establish a main brand name through YouTube to help not just expand the site, but give the videos more exposure they deserve. After five years I felt it was time for a change and after how things went last year I knew I couldn't go back to the old structure. I got burnt out and needed to rebuild my interest in YouTube from the ground up again otherwise it would always be a question of why didn't I start over when I had the chance. Back in February I published my first YouTube video in two months and it was the return back to TEW. From the start though I was thinking about new content that would allow me to take the channel in a different direction. At this point I don't know what the future holds, but I do know that this series is just my way of trying something extremely different. I wanted to make a simple video that was more focused on promoting a simple message and sort of a call to action. The extent of this series to educate you on a quote that someone said and attempt to get you to share your opinion on what you think the quote means. This is the first step in a different direction to not totally get away from wrestling, but to move to a more well rounded variety of content on the channel. You can find the channel here
