Roster Foundation: Dalton Castle

In my book the only person in wrestling slightly comparable to Matt Hardy as wrestling has become something like gimmickly challenged in recent years which makes guys like Castle stick out even more. I will be really honest that at first I really didn't like Dalton Castle's gimmick, I didn't mind him in the ring but his gimmick just wasn't my cup of tea per say. Then following his feud with Colt Cabana we saw Dalton breath a sense of aggression into his gimmick and I really did think that it helped bring new life to his gimmick. 

I would also like to add that I think he is finally starting to grow on me as a gimmick and a talent all together. As for how he fits into the ROH roster... Well it's pretty simple he offers Ring of Honor a unique talent with a gimmick that separates him from everyone else in wrestling and that gives ROH something that other companies don't have and that's someone who is just a little different. Dalton fits mold of a typical Ring of Honor because he a great amount of upside and still a lot of room to grow:
