Would Jay Lethal Go to WWE

For the last few years rumors have been clear all around the wrestling world that the WWE has suddenly figured out that teaching their style to people who already have a following and brining those people in allows them to get over faster. Well sadly that meant a lot of former ROH talent had to walk away from the company for "greener pastures." A number of those who left have achieved success in WWE and still have bright futures with the company, but with the brand split in full swing there has been a good amount of talk about former talents coming back to the company. However, what about a new face making his debut with the company.

Recently Jay sat down with a podcast and they posed the question if Jay would ever head to the WWE and he actually didn't say no. Over the last year Lethal has become one of the biggest names in wrestling not under a WWE contract and not broken. Due to Jay's in ring skill he was able to elevate the ROH TV title to new heights when he became the longest reining champion and the first ever dual champion holding both the TV and World title at the same time. Within a few months Jay would drop the TV title to Roderick Strong, but to this day Jay has held the World title and yes at this point his run has gone for over a year with no end in sight.

As I mentioned in the posts I did regarding talent leaving TNA and WWE and actually ROH also I will say this that sometimes when you feel like you've accomplished all you can in one place it becomes difficult to want to remain in that place. I don't believe Jay has accomplished everything in ROH that he wants to but to know that for sure you'd have to ask Jay. By far no name in the wrestling business has a had better year then Jay Lethal. I believe that everyone who has seen Jay compete especially when he was young will say they always though he was capable of what he is doing, but about 90% of them would be lying and I would be one of them as I knew Jay had potential but nothing like he's been doing. Congrats Jay and I know you'd do good in the WWE if you went.

NOTE: This isn't my way of saying Jay Lethal will be leaving as it is just posing the question and me giving my thoughts on the idea and that's all. I am not trying to kick start a rumor or anything of that nature.
