For the last two years TNA has begun inducting people into their own Hall of Fame. In many ways I was very happy to see that after 10 years TNA was beginning to I guess thank those wrestlers who helped the company get to where it is today. The first inductee into the TNA Hall of Fame was the "Icon" Sting whose name, value and ability in the ring helped TNA take tremendous steps to becoming a more credible company in it's early years. Then last year their second inductee was the "Olympic Gold Medalist" Kurt Angle who helped carry TNA through the hard times and helped TNA become and even more credible company. See the problem with TNA never was the talent within the company it has always been those in charge that were the problem. But that's neither here nor there and the fact of the matter is TNA is planning to induct someone new this year into the Hall of Fame however, who the inductee is at this point is unknown. Right now let's take a second and look at some talents who aren't a part of TNA that could get inducted this year:
Top of F
AJ Styles: Right now looking at the TNA Roster most of the people who were there for the first show are gone and a new breed of talent has come to TNA. But, since 2002 when the company began until the end of 2013 when a contract dispute caused him to leave AJ Styles was the Face of TNA. Styles competed on the first show in TNA history back in June of 2002, became the first Grand Slam Champion in TNA history, was the fourth World Champion in the company's history, and many other Phenomenal achievements. In my opinion next to Jeff Jarrett nobody is more known for his time in TNA the AJ Styles and very few people have done more for that company than AJ Styles. With that being said I think very people more deserve to be inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame than AJ Styles.
America's Most Wanted: Now I know I said that I would go through the people who aren't employed by TNA that could get inducted into the Hall of Fame this year. You might be thinking Storm is employed by TNA, but his former partner Chris Harris isn't employed by TNA. So really AMW would fall into the category of not being employed by the company and eligible to be mentioned on this list. Next to Team 3D not one other team meant more to the history of TNA than America's Most Wanted. AMW vs Triple X is one of the feuds that made TNA famous and AMW in the early days of TNA was the measuring stick when it came Tag Teams. Now the difference between AMW and Team 3D is that alone Team 3D aren't Hall of Famer's in TNA, but alone James Storm is still a Hall of Famer in TNA. I think that inducting AMW into the TNA Hall of Fame would be a great way for TNA to say Thank You to one of the greatest Tag Team in the company's history.
Team 3D: When they left the WWE in 2005 and came to TNA, I can guarantee that nobody thought they would have the impact they did on this company. But over the course of the last 10 years or so Team 3D has become one of the greatest Tag Teams in TNA history. Though some might say one has accomplished more in TNA than the other, well to that I say apart, they aren't Hall of Famer's, but together they most certainly are first ballot Hall of Famer's
Jeff Jarrett, Rhino, Raven, Jeff Hardy, Samoa Joe, Abyss, Bobby Roode, Eric Young, Christopher Daniels, Low-Ki, Jerry Lynn, and many others.
