That's right!! The only contestant that was on the show that had actual experience prior to his time on Tough Enough is now taking Indy bookings. Last week I spoke about how the people got it wrong when they eliminated Patrick instead of two guys who have consistently been in the bottom 3 for weeks. This show isn't a popularity contest and having the fans pick who stays and who goes is going to make it very tough to stop it from becoming one. Even though I had become a "critic" of Patrick's recently that is only because I felt like he did was talk about how he was a fan and nobody else was.
Well that came back to bite him as Tough Enough isn't just about being a fan as it is also becoming a WWE superstar and last time I check you can't become a WWE superstar on just knowledge of the wrestling business. If you could I would be WWE Champion by now (Just saying). Patrick was the best male contestant on the show and now the men side is very weak and unproven. To many of the guys haven't shown that they deserve to still even be apart of the competition at this point and I am looking at ZZ & Josh to be specific.
I'm in no way surprised that Patrick is taking Indy bookings this soon after being eliminated if anything it's incredibly smart for him to do as he can capitalize on just being featured on National TV for a month, and not only that seen on the Network by millions. Also who could forget his time on National TV was in primetime which is just icing on the cake. In reality this elimination is a blessing for Patrick and just lose for WWE as he could have had bright future with WWE. You may say he still can, but if he gets signed then what is the point of Tough Enough.
I would like to wish Patrick all the success in the world and want to give him this message: "I hope you have all the success in the world so you can rub it the face of those who didn't believe in you."
