As the return of the once fantastic reality draws closer we ponder to ourselves about people who were a part the Tough Enough family who are unfortunately no longer a part of WWE. So I sat and though with an idea like this who were would be the best way to start, I decided that Al Snow would be the perfect place to start.
The Tough Enough series began in 2001 as a way for the WWF to find new talent for the company and the show was greeted with much success and fan fair. There was so much success that they continued the show for Season 2 then again for Season 3. For those who don't know the concept of this show is I believe 12 hopefuls compete to decide who will win a WWE contract at the end of the Season. But much like everything else someone has to be the ring leader and for this show the Ring Leader or host or Lead trainer was Al Snow.
At the end of the fourth season of the show Al's name had become a part of the Tough Enough as had been the lead trainer for every season of the show. Al would end being let go from the WWE in 2005 after around 6 years under a WWE contract.
In my book having seen all of the first three seasons of Tough Enough will Al Snow as the leader, I can tell you that as the show progress you can feel the connection that Snow has with the contestants forming. As each contestant leaves you feel as though Snow is losing one of his kids almost. Snow's attachment to the kids in my opinion is what helped make the show so successful in the first place.
