Weekly Report: #8

We are ending this week a day early, because we have a PPV this week end to focus on this Sunday. 

Speaking of the PPV this Sunday the WWE will have it's final spot before Wrestlemania with the Elimination Chamber. With Drew McIntyre set to fight Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania we will find out who will challenge Goldberg for the WWE Championship at Wrestlemania. 

A few weeks ago there were a lot of questions about Matt Hardy's future in WWE with his contract expiring in the first week of March. With the first week over with it is official that Matt Hardy is now a free agent and ready to possibly move on from WWE. The only question now is if Matt Hardy is done with WWE does this mean he will be heading to All Elite Wrestling. 

Earlier this week it was announced that Japanese Wrestling legend Yuji Nagata has been added to the upcoming ROH Pure Championship tournament. The wrestlers included in the tournament are as followed: Yuji Nagata, Fred Yehi, Marty Scurll, Tracy Williams, Mark Haskins, Slex, Rocky Romero, Alex Shelley, Doug Williams, Jonathan Gresham. The tournament will begin at ROH Night of Excellence on Friday, April 10 in Columbus Ohio and continued the following night in Pittsburgh, PA. Later in the month on Friday, April 24 in Philadelphia, PA the tournament to crown the new ROH Women's World Champion begins at ROH Quest for the Gold. The women included are as followed: Alex Gracia, Mandy Leon, Tasha Steelz, Session Moth Martina, Jenny Rose, Katarina, Nicole Savoy, Angelina Love, Kellyanne, Sumie Sakai. It is clear that ROH is set to have a very busy month of April.
