On and off since last year the injury has been running rampant over the WWE's talent roster and horribly effecting the depth on the roster, which is making the talent roster the weakest it's been in years. Now last year the injury bug plague the main event level talent like a Daniel Bryan, Roman Reigns, and even Randy Orton. Then this year the tag team division got rocked by injuries with Jey Uso, Erick Rowan, and Tyson Kidd all getting stuck.
At this point people were beginning to question if the tag team division will ever be healthy again, well that's the first part of this it is actually not one half of a tag team. Instead it's the holder of the now questionably cursed Intercontinental title "Big Guy" Ryback. It was reported earlier today by the "Big Guy" himself that he woke up with a pretty bad STAPH infection in his knee and will be out of action for the time being. At this point it is unknown what the status of the Intercontinental title is, but what we do know is that Ryback will not be competing this Sunday at Battleground in a Triple Threat match against The Miz & Big Show. From reports I have heard it doesn't seem as though Ryback will be injured to long and may not end up having to vacate the championship like the champion before him. However, he is out of Battleground which hurts the Intercontinental on it's road to recovery as the title has yet another set back.
The injury bug has clearly been hitting WWE pretty hard to will the injuries ever stop. Will Ryback end up having to vacate the IC Title like Daniel Bryan did? Keep your eyes peeled as we should find out soon enough the future of the title and the injuries have to stop eventually right?
