Origins of Wrestling Express
Back in 2011, I thought why not join the rest of the Internet craze on and create a blog. The blog I started was Evolutionofwrestling.blogspot.com and I think it's fair to say I treated the blog like a real site. But then in 2013, after two years with the blog, I moved onto bigger and better things and I began writing for a real website which was under the umbrella of a bigger company that I will not mention by name, because of how our relationship ended.
Near the end of my tenure working for above mentioned company and writing for my first real site, I guess one could say I lost my way and began to wonder why I even started writing about wrestling. The passion, the will to write, and the willingness to invest time and energy into writing was gone; it was replaced by stress, anger, frustration. Around maybe the first or second week of the new year I looked into the possibility of starting my own site, I made up my mind and started building the site and getting all my ideas together. Now two weeks after this site launched I can honestly say....... The passion is back, the will to write has returned, and most importantly the willingness to invest time & energy into writing has also came back. Yes I will say the stress is still here but it's good stress and not the bad stress I once felt.
Wrestlingexpress.net was born through Hard Work, Dedication, Time, Effort and Money. But it is all worth it because I am able to not only say I run a site, but you guys have a place where I hope you can find a unique view of the wrestling industry and also learn something new about the sport we all love.
