Corgan Lawsuit Dropped

It is official that following his agreement with new management in TNA the lawsuit that Billy Corgan brought up against the members of TNA ownership has been dropped. However, with the agreement in place the door is still open for Billy to be able to sue the Carter's again if he chooses. Lukily with Anthem now in control of TNA even if Billy did sue the Carter's he would not be able to take TNA hostage.

Though Mr. Corgan did have a lot of connections in the music world to help TNA with that aspect of business I am not sure that he was the complete package that TNA needed right now. I say this because I feel like Billy wouldn't have cared if TNA missed the TV tapings due to the court proceedings if it meant that Billy would win. I do think that Billy was acting in the best interest TNA and that he could be a successful owner one day, but TNA doesn't need an owner with music connections they need somone that can help them stablize the company.

Looking forward into the future I hope both for the fans and TNA as whole that this is the end of the bad press and we have a little break from the bad news to allow fans to focus on what TNA is and has been doing well rather than another negative story whatever it might be. That's my hope for this compay as 2017 approaches.
