Recently, some major news had been reported about issues arising between Anthem and GFW with the financial stability of the company being called into question. Now I will take a quote from Jim Cornette that totally fits and that is "If people would spend as much they do talking about the bad stuff and focus on the good then the company wouldn't be where it is." This might not be a word for word quote but it has the same underlying idea that people need to stop focusing on GFW behind the scenes and focus on the screen.
I do know that over the years TNA/GFW has been really hit or miss with the on-air product, but it is still worth watching. Because I hear people complaining about the WWE all the time and the one thing I don't understand is if you don't like what your watching why watch it when there is other alternatives. Fans have always looked at GFW as an afterthought and even though I do make jokes I would much prefer to see GFW succeed then fail.
Now to the facts apparently Jeff Jarrett is sorting out some personal issues but didn't get fired from the company he is on sabbatical. Also Anthem sports has NO INTEREST in selling Global Force Wrestling or Impact or TNA nothing having to do with that company is up for sale. What I think happened was someone found a story and untrue facts to it to improve the story and make it more interesting. I have said this before that if you have to do that to make a story more interesting than it worth writing.
Last thing, I want mention is that numerous wrestling websites have reported this and I am not just defending GFW, because anybody knows me knows that it would a lot for me to defend them. What I am saying is that anyone who does add untrue "facts" and I use that term loosely to stories to improve interest should be ashamed of themselves and know they are making a joke of this profession. I will make this clear that this site never has been and never will be a dirt-sheet as I write opinions and facts about the profession that I have an intense passion for and that's it.
