GFW Roster Changes Continue

Recently, news broke that three stars would be leaving GFW for various reasons and those stars include Matt Morgan, Magnus, and Davey Richards. Now I know most of you will say that you didn't even know Matt Morgan was back and that's because he was only working house show events and didn't work TV due to just being back part time. At this point in his career Matt is retired and working a 9-5 job during the week and only came back to Impact so he could work weekends without leaving his current job. 

Though losing Davey is a big loss I actually have a tremendous amount of respect for him and the decision he made. Now for those who don't know Davey is actually a trained EMT and has been in school to become a doctor. Considering that Davey has been balancing medical school, his family, and wrestling for the last few years you have to applaud his commitment and passion for both wrestling and medicine. Sadly, it has hit the time that Davey had to pick between medical school and wrestling, he chose medical school. I hold no heart feelings to Davey and hope that becomes and extremely successful doctor as I know this has been something his been working for since his days in ROH.

Though some fans may look at this as a bad thing because the company continues to lose big names. But even though Jeff has said some stupid stuff the last few months one thing that he said that made sense is that fans need to give Jeff and co a chance to rebuild and invest in the new faces like the fans did back in 2002 when the company first began. I would second that logic as I would like to see the company bring in some new faces and give some more stars from the Indies a shot on national TV.
