Roster Foundation: TNA Rebuild

With the anniversary show in the background and the new company name official with no change insight it's time for Global Force Wrestling to maybe change the image of the old company. In my opinion wrestling is like baseball in that you start with one and build backwards. Keeping this in mind every good baseball team needs a leadoff hitter someone to set the table and get the excitement up. Wrestling is the same way as the opening match on a wrestling show is just as important as having a good leadoff hitter in baseball. 

In building the roster I think the best choice would be to have a veteran that could work the early matches against youngsters to help get them comfortable in the ring. There is no doubt that with the addition of the GFW roster the former Impact Wrestling has a lot of new faces, but with those new faces having some balance would help. 

​I know I may have said that the WWE should look at Colt Cabana, but I think he would also be a big help to GFW and give them a fresh face that could create a new identity for the company. Colt has always been a favorite of mine from his time in Ring of Honor and I think allowing him to work on a national stage would be a well deserved gift for a veteran and help the company.
