A New Wrestling Company in the Works10/29/2016 As of this writing it seems as though the daughters of four legendary wrestlers and one icon action star will be trying their hands in the wrestling business. The daughters of Diamond Dallas Page, Hulk Hogan, Roddy Piper, Kerry Von Erich, and Jean Claude Van Damme are starting up a new women's wrestling company. Confirmation of this story comes from TMZ who caught up with Brittany (the daughter of DDP) who confirmed that she's teaming with Brooke Hogan, Lacey Von Erich, Ariel Toombs, and Brigitte Van Damme to start a company.
Looking at it from the perspective of a fan this is definitely an interesting story as I for never would've expected this especially with the inclusion of Jean Claude Van Damme's child. But just think about the fact that now both Brooke and Brittany could use the status of their father to help gain attention on the shows when the company does launch. I will however, not comment on the business acumen of any involved or their ability to run a wrestling company as you'd actually have to speak with them to know their knowledge of pro-wrestling. Mind you Brittany, Brooke, and Ariel did grow up around people who have great minds for the wrestling business so I wouldn't be surprised if they are naturals at it. The other part of the story I find interesting is that it's been said that this company would go against TNA. I for one believe TNA will survive past this lawsuit between Corgan and Carter which will be good for these ladies so they have competition. I also think the idea of going against a company other then WWE will help them have less pressure to start then they would have had they gone head to head with Vince. But either way not much is known about this company but I am absolutely interested to find out more and what the future may hold for this company ran by the daughters of legends.

Invasion Hype 3: Storming Debut10/26/2016 On May 28, 2001 the Invasion kicked off with the debut of Lance Storm. Even though Shane had a part in the company prior to this date Lance was the first member of WCW to appear on WWF television. The sight of Lance Storm actually shook the company up as you could hear the crowd pop just out of pure shock and surprise.

Roles in Wrestling: The Tag Team Wrestler10/23/2016 In the days before the internet and before fans would bitch, moan, and complain that certain names weren't getting chance that they thought their favorites deserved. There were certain wrestlers who did their best work in Tag teams and were an asset in a team but a liability not in one. Now I am not saying that tag team wrestlers still don't exist today, but they aren't as prevalent as they used to be. If you go back in time names like Bobby Eaton, Stan Lane, Robert Gibson, Pat Patterson, Michael Hayes, Rick Steiner, Kevin Nash, Christian, and a whole host of other names had their best years as one half of a tag team.
But if you look in a modern wrestling a long list is very hard to formulate on the same subject matter. However, like I mentioned their are some talent who either are better in a team or had their best years in a team. Names like Zack Ryder, Heath Slater, Kalisto, Curtis Axel, Kofi Kingston, Big E, Robbie E, James Storm, and a few others that could come to mind. The point is not everyone can reach the pinnacle as a singles wrestlers which is why the other championships should be treated like a World title especially for the tag teams, because that is suppose to be the World title for the Tag team division. If you don't treated it like a World title then why should any team or fan care when someone new gains the championship. Legends were able to gain the championships and they looked at like they were the pinnacle of their profession because they were in a tag team. So why are we unable to do as such in the modern era of wrestling?

The Post Part 210/18/2016 Since the start of the 2000’s not only has an internet boom taken over the technology talks, but when social media came into play it took hold of the youth and still hasn’t let go. Now I can speak from experience social media is addicting and it makes feel like you clued into everything, but the problem is everything on social media is permanent. That is what lead to a skyrocketing of teenagers taking their own life in recent years. In my opinion people under the age of 14 shouldn’t be anywhere near social media, because they too young I don’t care if their friends are on they shouldn’t be as it just isn’t right. The social media sites aren’t going to do anything and parents have to stop blaming others for not taking care of their kids or being the cause of bad things their kids do, because when are they at fault for not being a good parent/s
I have come to realize that social media is a great thing when used right and by people who aren’t in chat rooms or hiding something from those who inhabit the internet. The internet has made it harder for people within the public eye to keep a secret and not for normal people to do so. Mainly the focus of this was meant to make you think about you use social media and well the issues that trouble teens of today. I know it’s a touchy subject, but like I have said many time in the past “If you don’t talk about it then its forgotten about.” In this case it’d be forgotten about by you, but that doesn’t mean everyone forgets or moves on as not everyone can. Teens always strive to find their place aka where they fit in as to the social structure both in and out of school. Not finding where you belong or where you think you’re meant to be can bring on a strong sense of loneliness and loneliness is a very powerful, and dangerous feeling that could completely drive a person insane. It can make you forget what, and who is important to you and why they are so important; you believe that you’re all alone and nobody can make you feel better or together again. Well my friends that’s why we need to talk about this too many people go too long thinking that they are alone. I do have my own opinion on certain things that I think need to stay private and will never be told in person, but other personal opinion I can share. Like this own that even when you think your family or friends don’t care about you just wait, because when you need someone the most that’s when real family stands with you in support & helps you back on your feet. I know from experience depression is sometimes a hard thing to manage and cupule that with anxiety and it’s almost impossible to manage. I wish I could tell you that at this point I learned how to manage both my anxiety and depression, but I can’t because if even though I have learned how to better my depression it is still my sometimes severe anxiety that plagues me to this day. But that’s why you need to do what you love to do “Get a dream hold on to it and shoot for the stars.” That’s the best way I can put it, and truth is asking for help or just talking to someone may not be easy but it might be what’s best for you. Now you’re probably sitting their asking yourself what is the guys point. Well my point is this that for once it isn’t about blaming the cause it’s about creating awareness and I know every September 10th is the national awareness day for this problem, but why should we only talk about this every September when this is plaguing our youth all year round. The best thing I can say is even though you believe you’re alone in this world you’re not and though you may not have found your place in the world everything changes after High school. If you can get past the loneliness and the belief that fitting in is the be all end all then you can see that if you have anything on your side and in your court its time, when you are in high school you have all the time in the world to figure out your future. So don’t throw your future away, because of a couple of bad months know that things will get better, find an outlet to forget about the bad and cut those cause you to feel like crap out of your life. Ask for the people on the outside if you see something say something if you think something is wrong don’t think twice and speak, get help, because though you may think you strong and can handle things on your own the only thing I can say is they don’t say “There is power in numbers," for no reason.

This Day in Wrestling History: 10/15/1610/15/2016 "It isn't just the greatest, it isn't just the best, it is Just Incredible" Because we are back again with I guess the birthday messages for some wrestlers this time around. Honestly this has been one of my favorite series to do every time, because I love to give the spotlight to random wrestlers from both the present and the past. So now like always I would like wish all those who have birthdays today a very Happy Birthday and very special wishes to those who will be featured below:

Invasion Hype 110/11/2016 For the last few weeks I have been talking up not just the return of How I Would it but this will be the biggest series I have ever done. I have notes and a lot of plans for the series, but as with anything there is How I will book it and it was actually booked and I thought as we draw closer to the return it would be fitting to look back at the original booking of this storyline. So for the next few weeks this series will help in spotlighting what was a lackluster feud: This could also be thought of as basically my way of showing what I wouldn't do when I rebook the Invasion storyline really soon on YouTube. The first thing I would change is that Shane and Vince wouldn't have this interaction before their Street Fight at WrestleMania X-Seven. Basically NO WCW Involvement in Shane vs Vince

The Post Part 110/4/2016 Over the last couple of months I have been emptying my achieves per-say of posts that I wrote earlier in the year but never found their way up on the site. This is a very different post because it has nothing to do with wrestling and though I know the subject manner may be a little late the principle is that we shouldn't just care about this for a month. It’s Showtime folks” this phrase has rang out from one man so many times over the years and now it is being used for a different purpose as we are about to get real. “If I could be serious for a second” being professional sucks, the idea of staying with a certain “box” just because I am on a website is bogus, and believing everything you read on the internet makes you delusional. Everything you read on the internet……. Hmmm that is an interesting concept. By the way if you have problem with this post having nothing to do with wrestling then well click off now, because I really don’t care.

On this day 10 years ago the wrestling world was turned on it's ear when the news broke that "Latino Heat" Eddie Guerrero had passed away. Eddie was still in his peak and right in his prime, he got clean and was ready to live his life free and clear. He was man among men and a mentor to all he came in contact with and to quote a certain other WWE superstar "Nobody has or ever will forget the name of Eddie Guerrero." Now for somewhat a personal story about when I found out that Eddie had passed; I don't have the memory when it comes to remembering things that have happened to me in my life, but even 10 years later I still remember when I was told and who told me at first I didn't believe him and couldn't understand how it was possible. Eddie lead the life we all would be lucky to lead having a job that you love, having a full & loving family, and having a always having a smile on his face. When the realization set in I was sort of dreading the start of Raw cause I knew what was coming and I didn't want it to be real. When Raw started the idea of fighting back the tears also began and at that time and still now I don't really cry easily or often, but that was the first I was actually fighting back tears watching wrestling. I know a lot recently has happened and for those who saw any of my tributes to those who passed away and it didn't matter if you enjoyed them or not, because the emotion within them was real. When Eddie passed it was the first time I actually witnessed someone I grew up watching pass away so it me pretty hard.
