This edition of greatest wrestler ever from state focuses on Montana. The state known as the Big Sky state or the Treasure State, another state with no speed limit. The state is also known as the 4th biggest state, and has many mountains. Montana though is not a pro wrestling hot bed, its kind of like its neighbor the state of Wyoming which we touched on recently.
Montana did raise 2 pro wrestlers the most famous though was not born in Montana but he did grow up, went to high school and was billed from Billings Montana.
The man I am talking about is Gary Albright. Albright married into the famous Anoai and had a great career in Japan. Albright also wrestled for UWF and debuted in Stampede Wrestling.
Albright was mostly a tag team wrestler and won a few tag titles especially with All Japan with Stan Hansen and Steve Williams.
Albright was considered a great guy by his fellow wrestlers. Albright would die in the ring while taking a bulldog in 2000.
Because of his titles that he won and being related to the Anoai family Gary Albright is the greatest wrestler from Montana.
