This Day in Wrestling History: 1/26/171/26/2017 Women's Wrestling has always been a big part of pro-wrestling over the years, but some companies have valued the talent that women wrestler can bring to the table more than others it just happened that the largest company in America didn't value women's wrestling. This was the case for the WWE for many years as they only had a women's division on the roster as a filler and mostly a joke, but from the word go TNA has always valued their women's division. Since the start of a "revolution" the WWE has seen numerous extremely talented women's wrestlers join the roster and make an impact on National TV effectively changing the perception of women in the WWE. However, due to the rough couple of years TNA has had there progressive style of knocking down gender stereotypes in wrestling and changing the perception of how to view women in a major company was lost on most wrestling fans. Two women who helped their respective companies build a new era of women's wrestling are lucky enough to be celebrating their birthdays today:
